With a background in CrossFit from my time in London and extensive experience in strength training and Olympic Weightlifting, I bring a unique blend of expertise to my coaching approach. Come Train with Me
In Person Coaching
Service includes a tailor made plan based on your individual goals, optional daily programming when you're on your own and weekly check ins. I am currently located out of Les Mills Auckland City in New Zealand. Weekly, fortnightly and one off sessions are available.
Online Coaching
This service is best for individuals who consider themselves competent in the gym, they know and understand gym equipment and how to implement the programme's exercises. Tailored home workout programmes are also available should you not have access to gym facilities.
